At FAITHSHINE, each piece is carefully prepared with the intention that it will arrive as intended and remain quietly present in your space for years to come.
If something isn’t right, we will resolve it
with care.
I. Return & Refund Timeframe
Requests should be submitted within 30 days of delivery. This allows us to review and respond while preparation and shipping details are still clear.
II. Eligible for Return or Refund
You may request a refund or replacement if:
- The piece arrives damaged or broken.
- The item received differs from what was ordered.
- The piece was affected during shipping.
- The order was lost or did not arrive correctly.
When approved, a return of the original piece is usually not required. Our focus
is resolution, not unnecessary handling.
III. Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Because each piece is prepared with intention, we’re unable to accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Requests submitted beyond the 30-day period.
- Incorrect information provided at checkout (address or custom details).
- Damage occurring after delivery due to improper handling or care.
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Items purchased during special promotions.
- Custom or personalized pieces, unless an issue occurred during preparation or delivery.
IV. How to Request a Return or Refund
Please contact us at cs@faithshine.co
with:
- Your full name.
- Order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the full piece and the concern.
- Your preferred resolution (refund or
replacement).
Each request is reviewed carefully, and we respond as promptly as possible.
V. Shipping & Fees
- If the issue occurred during preparation or delivery, replacement shipping is handled by us.
- If a return is required due to an order detail error, return shipping may be arranged at the customer’s expense.
VI. Processing Time
- Requests are typically reviewed within 2–7 business days
- Approved refunds are issued shortly after review.
- Replacements are prepared and shipped once details are confirmed.
VII. Condition of Returned Pieces
If a return is requested, the piece should be unused, handled with care, and returned in its original packaging.
VIII. Data Protection
All personal and payment information is
handled securely and removed once your case is resolved.
