Each FAITHSHINE piece is carefully prepared before it leaves our hands. Shipping timelines reflect that intention.

I. Preparation & Transit

Estimated arrival = processing time + shipping time.

• Processing time: 2–3 business days. Each piece is inspected, protected, and packed to preserve its sculptural integrity.
• U.S. delivery time: 4–6 business days after shipping.

II. Tracking: Once your piece departs, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

III. Address Details

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.

• Address updates may be possible within 1–2 days after ordering.
• Once preparation is underway or the piece has shipped, changes are no longer possible.

If a piece is returned due to incorrect address details, we’ll assist in arranging next steps.

IV. Damage Support & Returns

• Damage support: Free replacement if your order arrives damaged.
• Returns: 30-day easy returns.

V. Timing Considerations

Occasional delays may occur due to seasonal demand, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
